We describe this blue fabric as peacock. It is deep marine blue. The front sleeves and pockets are true black Italian spandex -- so soft! The back of the sleeves is a red and navy plaid fabric that has a slightly padded feel. It is perfect for strengthening the back of the arm with a little more wind-blocking comfort. The chest pocket is shiny gray: water repellent!
