The marine blue WindPro fleece from Melanzana on the body and hood is designed to insulate you from the wind, while the navy chest pocket is designed to hold your phone. You will need your phone, because the places you'll go in this jacket need to be photographed! 

In addition to the features above, you will love the watch-holes/thumbholes combination on the sleeves. You will love the deep front and back pockets, cut from a dark green fabric, and the tartan sleeves set the whole thing on fire! Reflective details trim the neckline.
